I have received no less then 10 emails all wanting me to join DubaiMLM.com so I decided to dig a little deeper.
It didn't take me long to see the similarities between DubaiMLM and BankMLM that was floating around the Internet a few years ago using almost the EXACT same scheme.
Turns out that BankMLM was nothing more then a email harvesting scheme that many thousands of people fell victim and not a single penny was ever paid out.
Running a Whois on DubaiMLM just about floored me when the name of the person that registered this name.

This just about floored me on two accounts.
Angelo P, Phillip AKA: Phil Piccolo AKA Johnny d'Angelo, Phillip Angelo P., Joseph Stevens, and Felix Angelo.
YES they are indeed all the same person. He seems to like to change his name as he moves from one scheme to another, but obviously just changes them around a little bit so he doesn't get confused himself.
This just so happens to be the very same person that was indeed behind the BankMLM Scam as we'll as several other mlm type scams over the last several years including the AATurboCharge MLM that he used as the registrant to register DubaiMLM.
For those of you not familiar with Phil Piccolo, a simple Google search for
"Phil Piccolo"
brings up a whopping 262,000 results jam packed full of different schemes he has been a part of over several years. In fact, he is referred to many as "The one-man Internet Crime Wave"
The DubaiMLM scheme makes some outrages claims right off the bat that should instantly send up red flags.

DubaiMLM will PAY YOU $10 per EVERY PERSON YOU REFER to sign up for FREE!!
DubaiMLM will PAY YOU $1 for EVERYONE PERSON that joins your DubaiMLM network up to 50 LEVELS DEEP!!!!
WOW- that's a lot of money they are willing to just give away. Of course for you to participate they want all your personal information including an active email account and your Social Security Number if you want to see any of this supposedly Millions they are going to give out.
My advise- if you have already fallen victim of this scheme- IMMIDIATLY log into your back office and change ALL of your personal Information (if it's not to late) and warn all the people that you may of got into this to do the same.

Phil Piccolo took me for a ride with 4 ecorp last year when I was in his downline.
This jerk got into a major battle with the principals of 4-E and flooded the internet with all his propaganda and was eventually kicked out. BTW- 4-Ecorp also turned into a scam so stay away from that one also. lol I think they are all scams especially when they are free to join (atleast at first)
The only ones making any money with these scams are the ones who start them, then they are on to the next scam.

I have a few questions concerning your post.
You seem to make direct claims that DubaiMLM is somehow directly tied to Dubai itself which is clearly Not True and you seem to be trying to play off their good name they are Branding.
Is DubaiMLM directly linked to the United Arab Emirates (UAE)or Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum who is the Official ruler of Dubai?

If so, why was DubaiMLM.com registered in Wyoming here in the United States and originally by one Angelo P. Phillip (AKA Phil Piccolo)who has direct ties to several failed MLM schemes?
Dubai itself has a rich History going back several hundred years and I find it hard to believe as Dubai is building the richest trading Capital in the World that they would even consider having this new Dubai credit card being run by someone here in the U.S., much less someone with a rather not so impressive record for doing what he says he's going to do.
You also state that DubaiMLM.com has been in the works for 3 years and wasn't even supposed to be ready til later this summer when in fact DubaiMLM.com didn't even exist until last Month. 12-03-2007

We'll if you look into the history of BankMLM which has many similarities to DubaiMLM, they also made this very claim and it's we'll known this Company was also ran by none other then Phil Piccolo which turned out to be one Gigantic e mail harvesting scheme that still spams people to this very day.
Quite the coincidence that one of several names Phil Piccolo goes by just happens to be the one that registered Dubai MLM don't you think?
If he was just one of the hundred or so people starting DubaiMLM and was playing more of a role of recruiting members, we'll that might answer at least a few questions, but that's Clearly NOT the case because it looks like he Himself was the one that registered the domain name.
Is that correct? or am I missing something here?

It was interesting to learn that how this scam company is stealing many people
The plan is simple.. get $50 and in return get absolutely nothing.
Fortunately for me - I have been associated with a company that is both legal and is now sponsoring the races at Dubai Autodrome. They have been advertising in Gulf News and the ITP House magazines like Masala, Ahlan etc.
The company has a charity organisation and is associated with the UN. This site is available online as well.
The pay out every year? - $780k
I know its extremely hard to believe but I did't either untill I saw it for myself
And I can tell you that its not an MLM, chain or pyramid. With these schemes - somewhere the chain stops.
